| How Do You Start Your Training? Well it is said that it is not so much the end result that we long for, It is the journey we travel on the way to that result. Movement Connections is not about stoping, It is about progressing forward to new challenges at all times. There is a time to train repetition of skill, a time to throw yourself blindly into the hands of chaos. Movement Connections is the small relationships that exist between each of us, our training, our life, and our movements. Your training begins now, as you read this you open your mind to let in inspiration. At first you will just copy what you have seen in videos and through the watching of others and then you will thirst for more and need help in developing beyond your own grasp of things. The journey continues as you search for a teacher or training companion, and maybe your just content with training on your own. Seek to satisfy your own needs to move and stay true to yourself, seek gracefullness and understanding, seek mindefulness, discipline, and creativity, seek emotional content. Your training begins with a step in the right direction and the first direction is the one you choose, blindly, with full faith in yourself and your inspiration. |
